Welcome back, kitchen worktops are an integral part to a kitchen. It can make the difference between a good and a great kitchen. The most popular kitchen worktop types are laminate, solid wood, granite and quartz.
Laminate worktops_are the most popular/common choice, this is largely due to the price been low. And the choice of colour range is huge.
Solid wood worktops are a popular choice with both traditional and modern looking kitchens. Prices range from the cheapest which is usually beech, to wenge which is probably the dearest. With good fitting and great care solid wood worktops look the part and will last for years.
Granite worktops are becoming more popular as the prices get cheaper and is more readily available. Granite is a naturally occurring stone formed over millions of years. It is the second hardest rock after diamond. With such striking colours and patterns, it really does add a touch of class to your kitchen.
Quartz worktops are probably in many ways the perfect worktop. Usually slightly more expensive than granite. This is because more work is involved in making quartz. Its made of 94% natural stone and 6% resin which makes it a man made product. But because its man made there is a much bigger colour choice than granite. It is also more hard waring.
Thanks again for stopping by, all these worktops are available at great rates when purchased with one of our kitchens. Thanks again...
